We partnered with nutritionist Emily English to help share why gut health is so important to our overall wellness. Ordering takeaway that is nourishing & fresh can be challenging, so we asked Emily to share her Pho faves & why she orders them when she’s not in the mood to cook.
Emily’s ‘nutritionist approved comfort meal:’
